Registration will remain open until two weeks prior to the Festival or until the Festival is full (whichever is sooner). All registration fees must be received by this date. Groups are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. The earlier you register the better your chances to get your preferred performance date.
Performance time(s) will be emailed to the school director approximately one month prior to the festival.
Group description designates which is your first (top) group and which is your second group and so forth, for each group that you bring to the festival.
Your exact high school enrollment will be used to place you in a room with groups from similar sized schools.

Passes are required for all attendees (director, students, and chaperones) in addition to the group registration fee to attend day activities. Passes can be purchased separately from registration.
All directors must purchase a festival pass.
You can pay for festival passes at any time. School orders must be mailed to the school. Our 2-day pass has a discounted rate for schools. Review the Festival Pass options for more information.
If you paid for your passes by March 31, then your order will be mailed to your school in early April.
All orders made after April 1 will be held for pick up at Festival Will Call. Festival Will Call is located the Church Fine Arts Box Office location only.
During the Festival, visit any information booth for assistance, directions or with questions. An information booth is located in Church Fine Arts building near the Box Office. The staff in the Box Office at the Joe Crowley Student Union are able to provide assistance.

Festival programs are offered free of charge at each Box Office locations, information booth, as well as the evening concert locations. Merchandise is for sale in the Church Fine Arts building and the Joe Crowley Student Union during the Festival. Participant performance, clinic and concert schedules are made available online during the Festival.
