Online photos are now being accepted for all active WolfCard accounts. For new undergraduates who have paid their orientation fees, your card will be preprinted and ready for pickup in the office 24 business hours after your photo approval. For all others, you can come to the WolfCard office after the approval of your online photo to obtain your card.
You must be enrolled in classes to create your WolfCard account on line. You can create your account 24 hours after registering.
If you go by a preferred name, please update your name in MyNevada before applying for your WolfCard. There will be a $25 replacement fee to change the name on your card if you do not update your name in MyNevada first.
You will sign in with your default email from your MyNevada (it is also the same email you receive orientation notifications from) and your legal first and last name. If you have issues with this step, please contact our office via email at WolfCardOffice@unr.edu or call us at 775-784-4001.
Sign in with your UNR NetID and password, you may also be prompted to setup your two-step authentication if you have not done so already. If you have issues with your NetID or authentication please contact OIT at 775-682-5000 for assistance.
Once registered you will be brought to the WolfBucks Online account page. Please select the "Profile" tab at the top.
Once you have clicked "Profile," you should see a page titled, “Personal Information.” Click "Submit a New Photo" and upload your photo.

Photos that do not meet these criteria will be sent back and students will be asked to upload a new photo. Please see the example photos below if you need more information.
You can complete personal information fields in your profile. Changes are not finalized until you click "Update."
