Digital marquees
The Office of Marketing & Communications reviews and approves all requests for graphics to be displayed on the Virginia Street (Lawlor) Marquee and on the Gateway Digital Board. Any university event has the opportunity to post a graphic on one of our marquees/billboards. For your graphic to be put up, you must follow the standards below.
Virginia Street (Lawlor) marquee artwork requirements
Artwork requirements:
- Graphic size: 1280 x 720 pixels
- File type: .jpg
- Font size: no smaller than 50 pt
- Word count: no more than 25
- No copyright images
Gateway digital board artwork requirements
- Size: 900 pixels (w) x 420 pixels (h)
- Aspect Ratio: 15:7
- Color: RGB Color Mode
- Resolution: 72 dpi
- File Types: PNG (preferred), BMP, JPEG, AVI, MP4, MOV
- Length: Videos can be up to 10 seconds long
