Students will visit the 2nd floor of the Mathewson-IGT Knowledge Center at their assigned appointment time to pick up their WolfCard (if they have not already), check into their NevadaFIT bootcamp, pick up their iPad and accessories as part of the Digital Wolf Pack Initiative, and check-in to Housing if living in the residence halls. Your appointment time is determined by your move-in assignment. All First in the Pack and TRIO students must check in on Thursday regardless of on- or off-campus living.
Students are required to submit the NevadaFIT First Assignment on prior to arriving at check-in, in order to ensure that they have all tasks completed that are necessary to navigate the check-in process. Students must also show their WolfCard (student ID) at the start of check-in. If you did not already pick up your WolfCard during summer orientation, please send in your photo virtually to the WolfCard page. You will be able to pick up your WolfCard during New Student Check-In if you submitted your photo virtually. Virtual photo submissions will be accepted until Wednesday, August 14 at 8 a.m. If you do not submit your photo virtually, there will be a photo station to take your photo and print your WolfCard then. Please bring an additional form of ID if you still need to pick up your WolfCard.
Families/guests are welcome to visit the 3rd floor of the Mathewson-IGT Knowledge Center for a chance to mingle with campus departments while their student completes the check-in process.
Students living on campus who moved in on Thursday have a required community meeting at 5 p.m.
